All our orders are packed safely and securely in 100% cotton biodegradable bags. It is highly recommended that you re-use the cotton bags.
At Mosegi, all pieces are stitched with exceptional precision. Manual irregularities and slight fading of natural dyes found in hand woven textiles used in our collection are not defects. They are merely the beauty of handmade textiles. Traditional Indian and Handmade processes are prone to unevenness and irregularities, contributing to their elegance and uniqueness
Replacements are available across categories if the package you have received is not as expected, is in poor condition, or if it has been tampered with and damaged before delivery. Please refuse to accept the package and kindly return it to the delivery person.
As soon as you receive your order, we urge you to inspect it and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if the item was delivered incorrectly. A new replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. You must, however, ensure that the original garment's packaging and the product tag are intact.
In the event that you change your mind and need your order in a different size or color, we will be happy to help. This service of exchange is available within 15 days following receipt of the article.
Our return policy gives you 15 days after you receive your item to request a return, so you are entitled to a full refund if you are unsatisfied with it.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Your return/exchange request will be confirmed by Customer Support, and you will be informed about the pickup process. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We don't charge extra for returns or replacements, and all pickups and replacements are done free of charge.
In most instances, we will pick up the originally delivered item from your location. However, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. The shipping charges will be reimbursed against the original receipt.

Please note that Mosegi is not responsible for any damages, theft, or unusual activity of any sort when you use your return service. We, therefore, recommend that you choose a traceable and reliable shipping service.
If you request a refund, the entire amount you paid, including shipping charges, will be refunded to your account. Processing time will be governed by the policies of our payment partner.
Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In the event that a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount.
Although you can only change the size and color of an item once, if you wish, you can return it by following the simple steps outlined in our Return Policy.
The refund will be issued after the package is delivered to our studio and the product is found to be in satisfactory condition. Depending on the time of year, your refund may take up to 7 days. Your refund will be confirmed by email. If the product fails to meet the described conditions, we will return the product to you.
Please note, below items are not returnable/exchangeable in order to maintain safety and hygiene:
Masks, briefs/panties, lingerie sets, accessories swimwear, socks, and stockings
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.while, sale items will only be exchanged. Unfortunately, refunds are not available on sale items.
