Shipping information

At the moment, we only ship within India. For international orders, please contact info@mosegi.in. If you have any questions, please donít hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Department by mail or by phone at +91 7483854148

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 2 -10 working days. Though we strive to deliver all our orders as quickly as possible, you may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams and our customers. For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipment's expected delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.You can track your shipments on our shipping partners site with the tracking details .

All mask orders worth ₹800 or above, will be shipped free of cost. For any orders below ₹800, a nominal fee of ₹99 would be applied.
